Before moving to the main topic, let's First of all look at what's yoga ,and the benefits of two people yoga.

2. Build trust. Partner yoga is great practice to build stronger relationship, communication and connection with one another.
3. Improves sexual satisfaction. Partner yoga can improve sexual satisfaction, although not all partner yoga is entirely sexual. However partner can achieve intimaiin the process, because partner yoga improves time you spend with your partner.

5. Communication. If you are types of couples who doesn't get to spend much time with each other neither have time for a better communication.then i guess partner yoga is the best way spend your free time together and get to communicate better with each other.

here are two person yoga poses to try out with your partner.
1. Double downward dog.
Double downward dog yoga pose. Is one famous two person yoga poses for couples or partners . To do this yoga pose _ lift the tail bone up to the sky as you spread your fingers wide and press firmly through the pads and knuckles. Bend your knees as needed to keep the spine long and stretch out as needed.
Your partner takes a downward dog too,but with your feet on your lower scrotum ,ask your partner to bend one knee ,then the other one, gentle massaging your lower back . have them guide your hip bone towards your knee for a juicy hamstring stretch.

2. Child pose + fish .
By kneeling on your mat with your toes together and knees slightly apart . Inhale to lengthen your spine. Exhale and walking your hands forward untill your hands is resting on the ground or on the thighs.
Your partner now sit on your scrotum.( Facing away from you) And lies back on your upper body. They can extend their hand or leg if there's no pain.
You can stay in for a while for as long as you can hold.
3. Standing back to back.
Standing back to back and link your arms to your partner. When it comes to yoga poses that improves communication and relaxation.this yoga poses is one of the best.
After linking your both arm with your partner,then on the exhale , sink in to your child pose .
Walk your feet out as needed , so you both cones in to the posture . If one has knee pain, play with dropping down to the ground and lifting it back.
Don't release the arms for some couple of minutes.

This is a yoga for two and one of the most fun yoga to try out with your partner.

It's very easy to do if you can weight up your partner.
Start up by lying on your back , arms and legs extended in to the air. Be your knees a bit ,so they can come to rest on your partner's hips.
Now grab each other arms , straighten your legs a bit as your partner lean forward and into flying plank pose.
6. Support wheel yoga pose.
This is a gentle yet powerful heart opening posture to try out with your partner.
To do this yoga pose _ stand back to back with your partner and link arms, start to bend forward while sending your hip back. Your partner will move with you releasing fully on the ground,untill your feet's touch the ground.
7. Seated twist .
Is one of the easy yoga pose to start up with especially if you are a beginner.

8. Seated mediation.
Before starting any of these yoga pose take time to mediate with your partner.
Find a comfortable back to back sit . Inhale and and extend through your spine . exhale MD and ground down, plugging your sit bone into the mat beneath you.
