Is it good to change up your workout routine ?

The answer is "yes" ,  because changing your workout routine can prevent exercise overuse injuries such as body pain and muscle cramps.
 By switching up your routine can allow time to recover ,heal and strengthen. Do not allow a familiar routine become a permanent one , switch it every couple of months or once you start feeling  the exercise routine is no longer challenging.

 In approaching of  changing your workout routine  ,it is advisable to change your workout routine every 12 weeks  in order to avoid plateau says personal trainers. But as a newbie, it is advisable to stay consistent with a workout plan  for about 15   weeks   before starting to make changes in your workout routine.the reason is that ,as a complete beginner in workout, it's important that you get your body to adjust and adapt to your workout routine.by doing that, your body tends to build up  an endurance and ready for any other workouts routine you might switch to .

 What changes should you make in your exercises routine? 

 When changing your workout routine you don't need to completely change your workout routine plan.but rather  focus on subtle changes that will challenge you a little more as you progressely continue with your workout.
  

Here are some options : 

1.  Try different equipment 

 When training, you don't have to stick on the same equipment all the time , Because doing this  may bring about injuries due to over use of the same equipment all the time.especially if you are a type of person that lift extremely heavy equipments.
It is highly recommendable that you try different range of equipments ,such as kettlebells or cable machines to help keep your workout exciting  while challenging your muscles in different ways. 

2. Change your tempor  

Changing your tempor can help to make your exercises more challenging . For instance slowing down while repetitions  adds more tension and making your muscles work harder and making it more challenging.

3. Sub in a new move 

 Simply changing the movement you do but keeping the  the same goal and intensity can help to  prevent plateau.
 For example swap squat for glute bridge ,but not a squat for a biceps  curl.

Importants of changing your workout routine: 

 1. Stops boredom. By changing your workout routine helps to motivate and excites you by knowing that you won't be sticking to one work routine every single time.
It's like in a situation when you visit a restaurant and keep seeing the same options on the menu with no change, can be extremely boring! .

2.  Improves physique  

changing your workout routine  may help  to improve physique, by try out other body building workout and different range of equipments. doing such may targets your other parts of body muscles and building them too. 

3. Improves strength and performance 

 By challenging your body in different ways  helps to adjust and adapt the body ability for other exercises.there for by doing that ,your body has acquired  more strength and endurance for other workouts .may also boost your performance  as well as time duration for other workouts.
